    Do you want to eliminate your gym commute? Have you built out your home gym? At-home personal training is a great option for those looking for the personal training experience without having to make time to commute to the gym.

  • In-Gym Private & Group Sessions

    No space at home? Schedule a session at our current gym space (coming soon) where we can access all the strength training equipment we need. Private 1-on-1 or semi-private group sessions (2-4) are available.

  • Online Training Programs

    Whether you are looking for a pre-set program, or a more individualized remote coaching experience, our online training programs are designed to help you achieve your goals independently.

FAQs

  • At-home private training sessions are conducted at your home (Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, North Vancouver, West Vancouver), or an on-site gym in Vancouver (coming soon). If you have another preferred location, please contact me directly.

  • 24 hours notice is required for cancellations. One late cancellation will be forgiven for each individual…life happens! Repeated failure to cancel within 24hr notice will result in a set $50 charge.

  • Payment for sessions is expected within a 2 week period following your session date. If you are purchasing recurring sessions, flexible billing arrangements can be organized as requested.

  • Payment is currently being accepted through e-transfer or through our Square Reader system for chip and PIN cards.
